On this day in Pro Wrestling history in 1995, WWF Raw & WCW Nitro went head to head for the 1st time ever. This was the 2nd episode of WCW Nitro.
Nitro featured the WCW in-ring return of Lex Luger as he faced Hulk Hogan in the main event of the show for the WCW World Heavyweight Championship, and the WCW debut of Sabu. Shawn Michaels faced Sid in the main event of Raw on that night.
