Edge who everybody believed was still out with an injury, returned during the 2010 Royal Rumble match as a surprise entrant.
Edge drew #29 and won the Royal Rumble by last eliminating John Cena.
3. Diesel (2011)
After wrestling for TNA Total Nonstop Wrestling (iMPACT Wrestling) under his real name from 2004 till 2010, Kevin Nash returned to the WWE during the first ever 40 man Royal Rumble match in 2011 under his old 1993-1996 WWF gimmick “Diesel”.
Diesel drew #32 and lasted 02:45 minutes, before he was eliminated by ‘The Corre’ leader Wade Barrett.
