• WWE’s Reported Plan For Chad Gable

On last night’s episode of SmackDown, Shorty G was squashed by Lars Sullivan, after which Shorty quit SmackDown.

Shorty then told Adam Pearce backstage that he’s done with all this “accept who you are” and said he can’t accept this Shorty G crap. He said he’s back to being Chad Gable, who can achieve anything he wants.

As noted before, Daniel Bryan has had some input in the booking of Chad Gable including his short run with King Corbin.

WrestlingNewsco is reporting that WWE is willing to give Gable a chance, so he may get a push in the future.

“Vince sees talent in him and he meant well with the Shorty gimmick but Vince might not want to push him all the way as a top guy because of his size. The agents and the writers want more for Chad but Vince can change his mind tomorrow and I think we all know that. Chad knows that.”
