AEW and NJPW have just added an electrifying match to their highly anticipated AEW x NJPW: Forbidden Door 2024 pay-per-view event.
Moxley has been on a dominant streak lately, securing victories against Konosuke Takeshita at AEW Double Or Nothing and EVIL at NJPW Dominion. With these wins under his belt, Moxley now turns his attention to the upcoming collaboration between AEW and NJPW.
After Moxley’s successful defense of his IWGP World Heavyweight Title against EVIL, Tetsuya Naito emerged to answer Moxley’s open challenge. The confrontation resulted in an agreement for a title rematch at Forbidden Door. Moxley previously defeated Naito to claim the IWGP World Heavyweight Title.
