• Chelsea Green is already planning her future moves as she gears up for the Women’s Money in the Bank ladder match at WWE’s upcoming Premium Live Event on July 6th.

Following her victory on the June 21st episode of SmackDown, Green has earned her spot in the highly anticipated ladder match, marking her first-ever appearance in this prestigious contest. With every previous winner of the match going on to claim the Women’s Championship, Green’s prospects look promising should she manage to seize the coveted briefcase.

Currently, Bayley holds the top prize on SmackDown. Green is eager for retribution, as Bayley defeated her best friend, Piper Niven, at Clash at the Castle. Should Green emerge victorious, she has expressed a desire to revert the championship to a previous design.

In a bold move, Green took to social media to share her intentions regarding the championship’s future:

“When I win I’m starting a petition to change the WWE Women’s Championship back to the Divas Championship.”

The Divas Championship, first introduced in 2008, was initially won by Michelle McCool at The Great American Bash. It was later unified with the Women’s Championship at Night of Champions 2010. The title was retired at WrestleMania 32 when the final champion, Charlotte Flair, triumphed in a triple threat match against Sasha Banks and Becky Lynch to become the first holder of the reintroduced Women’s Championship.

As Green looks ahead to Money in the Bank, her ambitions are clear. Fans will be watching closely to see if she can secure the briefcase and potentially bring back the iconic Divas Championship.
