– Chase University won the Tag Team Turmoil and will face Axiom & Nathan Frazer for the NXT Tag Team Championship at the Heatwave PLE.
– Ethan Page & Shawn Spears tried to get added to the NXT Title match at Heatwave. NXT Champion Trick Williams came out and said he doesn’t care who he faces at Heatwave because he will remain champion. They attacked him, which led to Je’Von Evans making the save.
– Wes Lee def. Joe Coffey
– Ridge Holland & Duke Hudson received an envelope, but they hide it from the rest of Chase University.
– Tony D’Angelo def. Nathan Frazer to retain the NXT Heritage Cup
– NXT Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez def. Karmen Petrovic
After the match, Lola Vice confronted Roxanne and took her out with a Backfist. Lola then posed with the title.

– Tavion Heights def. Damon Kemp and got added to The No Quarter Catch Crew
– Sol Ruca def. Arianna Grace
It will be Kelani Jordan (c) vs. Sol Ruca for the NXT Women’s North American Championship at Heatwave.
– Shawn Spears def. NXT Champion Trick Williams after Brooks Jenson interfered and attacked Trick
