Below are some top news stories of the day, involving Natalya and Nick Hogan.

• Natalya, a cornerstone of WWE’s women’s division since her debut in 2008, may soon be leaving the company. Speculation about her departure has intensified after she removed all WWE references from her X profile, now simply stating “Iron Hart”.

As Natalya’s WWE contract approaches its expiration, reports indicate that she is at a crossroads with her contract negotiations. While discussions with WWE were in the final stages, no agreement has been reached yet.

Given her experience and prominence in the wrestling industry, Natalya is expected to receive substantial offers from other organizations if she does not re-sign with WWE. Her potential departure would leave a significant void in WWE, both in terms of her in-ring talent and her role as a veteran leader.

• Nick Hogan aka Nicholas Bollea has been sentenced to a year of probation and will be placed on an alcohol monitoring system for the first 120 days, confirmed by PWInsider. Additionally, Bollea was fined $1,000.

Bollea apologized to the Clearwater Police Department and the court, with the possibility of requesting a release from probation after 6 months. He was also sentenced to a 12-hour Advanced Driving Instruction class. Completion of this class will prevent the suspension of his driving license.

Bollea was arrested on November 18, 2023, at 4 AM in Clearwater, FL, after returning from a bikini contest at his father’s restaurant. He refused a breathalyzer test upon being taken into custody and initially pleaded not guilty. His plea change’s connection to a prosecution agreement remains unclear.

The arrest report stated that Bollea was driving 51 mph in a 40 mph zone when signaled to pull over. Officers noted a strong alcohol odor, swaying balance, and glassy, bloodshot eyes. Bollea performed poorly on field sobriety tests. Police bodycam footage showed Bollea initially denying drinking, claiming he had only kissed his girlfriend, who had been drinking. His father, Hulk Hogan, arrived on the scene after the arrest.

On December 21, 2023, Bollea’s attorneys requested permission for him to enter venues serving alcohol to perform his DJ duties, despite a court order barring him from such establishments. The court has not yet ruled on this motion.

Nick Hogan, son of WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan, was previously involved in a 2007 incident that left family friend John Graziano permanently disabled. Graziano’s mother expressed her disappointment at Bollea’s recent arrest, emphasizing the lack of respect for her son’s condition and hoping Bollea turns his life around.
