4. Edge Returns & Wins The Royal Rumble Match
The Rated-R Superstar was last seen on WWE programming at SummerSlam 2019 in Canada, where he got a huge pop upon his return.
Edge interrupted Elias and hit him with a Spear. Since then, the speculation of Edge returning to in-ring action began.
Last month, PWInsider reported that Edge has signed a multi-year contract with WWE and has been seeing the head of WWE’s Wellness Policy in Pittsburgh. There have been several updates on his return since then.
Edge has been under the radar of dirt sheets, and at this point, his return wouldn’t even be a surprise anymore. However, what could play out to be the real shocker is that Edge could win the Royal Rumble match.
Whatever happens, one thing is for sure, if Edge returns, the Minute Maid Park will explode with cheers.
