WWE Royal Rumble 2025 kicked off with Stephanie McMahon welcoming the fans. The opening match is the Women’s Royal Rumble match. Entry #1 is IYO SKY and entry #2 is Judgment Day’s Liv Morgan. Michael Cole mentioned that 70,000 fans are in attendance tonight at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana, making it the biggest Royal Rumble PLE in history. Entry #3 is NXT star Roxanne Perez. This is her 3rd Women’s Royal Rumble match. Entry #4 is Women’s Intercontinental Champion Lyra Valkyria, who is entering her first Rumble.
Lyra suffered a wardrobe malfunction, as her top got unhooked multiple times.
Entry #5 is Women’s United States Champion Chelsea Green and entry #6 is B-Fab. Entry #7 is Ivy Nile. Entry #8 is Zoey Stark. This is her 3rd Rumble match. Entry #9 is Lash Legend from NXT. Chelsea eliminates B-Fab. This was the first elimination in the match. Entry #10 is WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Bianca Belair, who won the Women’s Rumble in 2021. Entry #11 is Shayna Baszler, who shares the record for the most eliminations in a single Women’s Royal Rumble match with Bianca & Nia Jax: 8. Ivy eliminates Lyra. Entry #12 is Bayley, who won last year’s match. Entry #13 is Sonya Deville. Entry #14 is Maxxine Dupri. This is the second Rumble match of her young career. Maxxine eliminated Ivy and then got immediately eliminated by Shayna and Zoey.
Entry #15 is WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Naomi. Sonya, Shayna & Zoey get eliminated next. Entry #16 is Jaida Parker from NXT, who is entering her first Rumble. Entry #17 is Piper Niven and she accidentally eliminated Chelsea. Entry #18 is Natalya, who has competed in every Women’s Rumble match to date. Entry #19 is former TNA star Jordynne Grace. Michael Cole confirms that Grace has officially joined WWE. Grace eliminated Jaida and then hugged Naomi, who is her former tag team partner in TNA. Bianca wasn’t happy about this and tried to eliminated Grace. Entry #20 is Michin. Entry #21 is Alexa Bliss, who returned to WWE after 2 years to a huge pop!

Entry #27 is Charlotte Flair, who is back after 14 months! She eliminates Michin and Piper. Entry #28 is NXT Women’s Champion Giulia and she eliminates Jordynne. Entry #29 is Nia Jax and she eliminates Zelina. Entry #30 is WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella, who comes out of retirement.
