• Josh Alexander is now a free agent as his TNA Wrestling contract has expired. He is being represented by wrestling agent Barry Bloom, who also represents Kenny Omega and Jim Ross.
According to Fightful Select, industry sources expect Alexander to sign with AEW if he hasn’t already.
WWE showed interest in him last year, but sources confirm he has not signed with them. While it’s unclear if a deal is finalized, All Elite Wrestling remains the expected destination.

• Baron Corbin is no longer with WWE and he has rebranded himself as “The Nomad” Bishop Dyer.
During an interview on Busted Open Radio, Corbin talked about his WWE release:
“I don’t know why. Randy (Orton), we chatted a little bit, and I believe there’s one person that made this decision or influenced this decision, and that’s what put me in the position that I’m in now.
I’m not going to let one person control me or my fate, my destiny. Karma will come back on whoever that person is. I’m not putting their name out because I don’t need that negative energy.
I think I’m going to create some magic over the next year or two years.”
