The Bloodline, one of professional wrestling’s most dominant factions, is poised for further expansion, especially with Roman Reigns temporarily absent. A new development reveals that NJPW wrestler Hikuleo is set to join WWE, with speculation about his role within the faction gaining traction.

Shifts Within The Bloodline

Recently, The Bloodline has undergone significant changes. Solo Sikoa has stepped up as the new ‘Head of the Table,’ marking a pivotal shift in leadership. This transition coincides with the WWE debut of the Guerrillas of Destiny, Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa, further strengthening the faction’s ranks.

Hikuleo’s Move to WWE

Hikuleo, a prominent figure in New Japan Pro Wrestling, concluded his tenure with the promotion at the Dominion event on June 9.

The 33-year-old wrestler’s impending move to WWE has been the subject of much speculation, especially given his family ties and the ongoing storyline surrounding The Bloodline. Hikuleo confirmed in November 2023 that he had been in discussions with WWE, heightening anticipation for his debut.

WWE’s Plans for Hikuleo

On Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer discussed WWE’s potential plans for Hikuleo. Meltzer noted that Hikuleo has been on WWE’s radar for some time, primarily due to his considerable size and skill set.

With WWE lacking “giants” in its current roster, Hikuleo’s towering presence could fill a significant void.

“I can’t say for when Hikuleo first started, but once he got fairly good he was on WWE’s radar at that point, and it was just a question of getting him enough experience and I think he’s got it.

They don’t have any giants right now, I mean if you really think about it. Braun Strowman is the biggest guy, right? And Hikuleo’s several inches taller than him.”

Hikuleo could seamlessly integrate into The Bloodline, whether as part of Roman Reigns’ crew or alongside other members of the faction.
