1. The Undertaker has been a part of two “End of an Era” matches
There have been two “End of an Era” matches in WWF/E, and The Undertaker has been a part of both of them.
The first “End of an Era” match took place at WWF Fully Loaded 1999, where The Undertaker challenged Stone Cold Steve Austin for the WWF Championship in a “First Blood” match. The stipulation of the match was “If Undertaker loses, Vince McMahon could no longer appear on WWF TV. And if Stone Cold loses, he would never have another shot at the WWF Championship.” The Undertaker lost that match as he got busted open after Austin hit him with a camera.
The second “End of an Era” match took place at WWE WrestleMania 28, where The Undertaker faced Triple H in a Hell in a Cell match with Shawn Michaels being the special guest referee. This was an emotional match, with Undertaker picking up the win. All 3 legends left together after the match was over and created a moment we’ll never forget.
