2. Asuka Retains The RAW Women’s Championship
Asuka retained her RAW Women’s Championship against Nia Jax at the Backlash pay-per-view after their match ended in a Double Count-Out.
WWE already planted the seeds for the RAW Women’s Champion’s next feud over the past two weeks. Charlotte Flair is expected to be Asuka’s next opponent, as she got two wins over her on the past two episodes of RAW. The first win came via count-out and the second one came via pinfall (due to Nia Jax’s distraction).
But the feud between Asuka and Jax is set to continue, as they’ll have another Title match on tonight’s RAW.
