• “He thinks I’m extremely arrogant and disrespectful” – RAW Wrestler On Brock Lesnar
As we noted earlier today, RAW Tag Team Champion Riddle is now trying to gain Universal Champion Roman Reigns’ attention (just like he did with Brock Lesnar and Goldberg in the past, but failed to secure matches against them).
During his interview with Bleacher Report, Riddle was asked about his opinion on Brock Lesnar returning to WWE and confronting The Tribal Chief at SummerSlam 2021.
Here’s what Riddle said:
“Brock came out at the end of the show. I saw a sign on a door say Mr. Beast and I was like, ‘Who the hell is Mr. Beast? I got a feeling that’s Brock.’ You know, hey, I’m glad Brock’s back. Fans missed him and he’s one hell of a competitor.
I personally think he went for the wrong man — he went for Roman — but people love that Universal Championship, so I get it. I think they’re both doing the right thing because they don’t want to get hurt.”
When asked about his relationship with Brock Lesnar and their backstage encounter at Royal Rumble 2020 (where Lesnar put Riddle in his place and told him to stop calling him out because he’ll never work with him in WWE), Riddle said the following:
“I don’t see Brock [burying the hatchet]. The way we talk to each other when we talk to each other, he is not a fan. He thinks I’m extremely arrogant and disrespectful.”
