• Update On Sasha Banks & Naomi’s WWE Status

WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Sasha Banks & Naomi walked out on RAW because of Hell In A Cell 2022 plans.

WWE wanted to book Bianca Belair vs. Naomi for the RAW Women’s Championship and Ronda Rousey vs. Sasha Banks for the SmackDown Women’s Championship at Hell In A Cell, with both Naomi & Sasha losing their matches.

Sasha wasn’t happy that WWE wasn’t concentrating on their Tag Team Titles and walked out.

According to the Wrestling Observer, there’s no support backstage for Sasha & Naomi after walking out and WWE Stars are calling Sasha various names, but there’s no heat on Naomi (as many believe Sasha is the one that had issues, Naomi just followed):

“I’ve not heard from one person, not one, that is sticking up for Sasha and Naomi. And not only are they not sticking up for Sasha and Naomi, but boy have I heard a lot of terms thrown around.

Most of them, some derivative of the word ‘mark’, ‘f’ing mark,’ a mark to a degree that is unfathomable. I mean, all of it.

Like I said it’s funny. I haven’t heard anyone say anything about Naomi and she walked out too. It’s all about Sasha. I’ve heard it all – ‘mark’, ‘diva’ – the list goes on and on.

There’s zero support for Sasha Banks for walking out of WWE over all of this. People are furious, they think it’s ridiculous.”

In an update to this situation, Brad Shepard is reporting that WWE has now pulled Sasha & Naomi from all Live Events for the remainder of May, June & July.
