• “Right now, numbers say wrestling is hot” – Tony Khan
AEW President Tony Khan launched All Elite Wrestling in 2019 and it became the #2 pro-wrestling promotion in the United States, only behind WWE.
Tony thinks pro-wrestling is hot right now. Below is what he tweeted about it:
“Right now, numbers say wrestling is hot.
Many of us lived through a prior wrestling boom or booms, and know some telltale signs.
Have you had friends ask you about wrestling lately looking to catch up? Have you gotten questions about wrestling from people who never asked before?”
Speaking of numbers, below are the viewership numbers of the top pro-wrestling shows in the US from last week:
WWE RAW: 2.05 Million
WWE NXT 2.0: 684,000
AEW Dynamite: 1.04 Million
WWE SmackDown: 2.22 Million
AEW Rampage: 393,000
