• “I’m still learning to be a babyface” – Current Champion

Tiffany Stratton joined the main roster over a year ago and achieved success quickly because of her great in-ring and character work. She started as a heel, but turned babyface earlier this year when her feud with Charlotte Flair started on the road to WrestleMania.

The WWE Women’s Champion feels like being a heel is a lot easier than being a babyface. She is still getting used to the idea of being a babyface.

Here’s what she said in an interview on the No-Contest Wrestling Podcast:

“I think being heel is ten times easier than being a babyface. You can mess up, and you can fall on your butt, and that’s totally fine as a heel; however, as a babyface, if you do that, like the crowd could turn on you or you could get booed, and you’re supposed to be like the face of the company and stuff like that. So, being a heel for me is how I learned wrestling. I feel like I was a heel right off the bat. So that’s why it comes so easy to me.

I’m still learning to be a babyface and be likable and not have so much stink on what I say in my promos. So, it definitely comes more natural for me to be a heel. However, bear with me. We’re learning. Maybe one day I’ll just go back to being a heel, but for now, we’re a little old babyface Tiffy.”

The Buff Barbie is set to defend her title against Jade Cargill on the upcoming episode of SmackDown.

• WWE Legend Says AEW Run Is The Greatest Run Of His Career

Christian Cage returned to in-ring competition during the 2021 Men’s Royal Rumble match after being out of action for a long time due to his history with concussions.

WWE did not offer him a deal and he ended up in AEW a couple of months after his return. The former World Heavyweight Champion believes his run with Tony Khan’s promotion has been the greatest in his pro wrestling career.

Here’s what he said in an interview with Raj Prashad of Yahoo’s Uncrowned:

“You don’t typically see it happening with people that are around the 50-year-old age, completely becoming something, this fresh entity. But I’m not like anybody else. And that’s why it works, because I don’t feel like I’m 50 when I’m in the ring or 51.

If I couldn’t do what I did at the level that I did it, then I wouldn’t even be in the ring. This is, without a doubt, the greatest, the best run.

Did I see it happening this late? No, but it did. And like I said, when I got my career back after being gone for 7 years, I wasn’t coming back to do the greatest hits tour. I was coming back to be the best. And that’s the kind of standards that I hold myself to.

Anything less than that, you would not see me step foot in that ring.”

• Nikki Bella Wants 2 More Stars Back In WWE After AJ Lee’s Return

WWE has featured a lot of big returns in the Women’s division this year. Nikki Bella came back to the company during the Women’s Royal Rumble match and then showed up a couple of months later to be a part of the second Evolution Premium Live Event.

The biggest return in WWE that happened this year is that of AJ Lee. The former Divas Champion came back on the latest edition of SmackDown after a decade.

Nikki Bella shared her excitement about the return of her former rival and wishes to see her twin sister Brie and Paige back in WWE as well.

A fan asked the WWE Hall of Famer if she would like to face AJ Lee again to which she responded:

“That would be so fun! We had a great and magical run! Loving 2025 so much!!! Goodness imagine if Paige and Brie showed up!”

Paige left WWE after her contract expired in 2022 and Brie Bella departed from the company after her contract wasn’t renewed in 2023.

• Former Champion Won’t Return To WWE Because All Her Friends Got Released

Ronda Rousey joined WWE in 2018, and had a decent first run there. She didn’t find her second run very amusing, and a big section of the fanbase didn’t enjoy it either.

The Baddest Woman On The Planet has made it clear that she’s done with wrestling and doesn’t intend on going back to WWE.

In an interview with Raj Prashad of Yahoo’s Uncrowned, the former Women’s Champion said that there’s no reason she’d go back to WWE as her friends got released from the company.

“It was a lot of needless anxiety and things like that. And the whole company was just a chaotic sh*t show on the inside. And then they ended up dropping all my friends. So I really have no reason to go back.

I wanted to do a run with the Four Horsewomen and I never got to do that. And now I feel like I’ve already accomplished everything that I wanted to in WWE and all that’s really left for me is to go there and have fun with my friends, and none of my friends are there anymore.”

Rousey left WWE in the summer of 2023, while Shayna Baszler was let go by the company earlier this year. Marina Shafir is under contract with AEW and Jessamyn Duke has been away from pro wrestling since being released by WWE in 2021.
