• AEW Wrestlers Banged Up After Company Brings Back LED Boards

AEW has made several changes to its production over the last year. One of them is proving to be painful for its stars. The company brought back LED boards after signing a deal with HBO Max.

Fightful Select reports that several wrestlers have gotten banged up from collisions with the new aprons and barricades. Wrestlers had to adjust how they took bumps at Forbidden Door because the LED surfaces are significantly harder than the standard ones.

There was a temporary switch back to the standard surfaces after talents raised concerns, but they understand that the LED boards are needed for a better presentation.

• WWE Wrestler Silently Moved To Alumni Section

Valhalla (Sarah Logan) is on her way outside of WWE. In June, the company informed her that her contract won’t be renewed once it expired.

She posted the following about it on Instagram back then:

“Dear wrestling,

I come to you with tears in my eyes cause our time has come to a sudden end. WWE informed me yesterday that they are letting my contract expire. To be completely honest my ego can’t help but be damaged. You always assume that when you end a lifelong career there is going to be a grand exit. But here I am, using the notes app on my phone typing up a goodbye letter to an entity that will forget I was even there. I truly take no offense to this, my career as it was is getting usurped by my vocation and it’s all on a Divine timeline that I trust deeply.

I’ll definitely miss you but know I’ll be taken care of by my wonderful husband, by the land you provided for me and alongside the children I’ve made along the way. I’m going to take off the weight of being a superstar and let myself soar being just Sarah. She’s been growing on me and it’s time I let her fully cultivate. I love all the people you’ve brought into my life but my social media page won’t be about you anymore. It will share only the parts of me that I wish and none of that will be wrestling. I’m more of a clean break kinda girl and the other calls to me will be taking my full attention. With all my love,

Sarah.”

It seems like her deal is finally up as she was moved to the Alumni section on WWE’s website earlier today.

Valhalla was released by WWE in 2020 and made her return alongside The War Raiders in 2022. Her last match took place on the February 19, 2024 episode of RAW.

• “Wait till you see what I am conspiring to pull off next” – RAW Star

Paul Heyman betrayed both Roman Reigns and CM Punk at WrestleMania 41 earlier this year to join forces with Seth Rollins. The WWE Hall of Famer is now managing The Vision, which includes Rollins, Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed.

At WWE Clash In Paris, Roman Reigns defeated Bronson Reed and finally got his hands on his former Wiseman. This is the reason why Heyman hasn’t been on TV since then, as Reigns brutalized Heyman with a Guillotine.

The Usos had a segment with Breakker and Reed on RAW this week and called Heyman an Orca and a dumba$$. Heyman responded by saying he’s conspiring something bigger than his betrayal at WrestleMania. Below is what he tweeted:

“I watched it. I’m glad the fact the fascist dictator of the Island of Relevancy @WWERomanReigns’ horrific guillotine on me is so celebrated. If you thought my actions at WrestleMania were shocking, wait ’til you see what I am conspiring to pull off next!”

The Usos will take on Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed at Wrestlepalooza in less than two weeks.

During a career retrospective talk at the Toronto Film Festival, The Great One revealed that he’s going through physical changes for a role called “Chicken Man” in an upcoming movie ‘Lizard Music’, which will be directed by Benny Safdie, the director of The Smashing Machine.

“Benny pitched me this, and after about 45 minutes, this pitch ended and I said, ‘I am your Chicken Man.’

I still have a long way to go. I’m so excited to get a chance to hopefully transform again like I was able to do in ‘Smashing Machine.’ [It means] eating less chicken.”

The film tells the story of a 70-something year old (played by The Rock), whose best friend is a chicken.
