• WWE Discussing PLEs In 3 More Countries
WWE’s international footprint continues to grow as the company ramps up efforts to take its biggest shows worldwide. In recent years, several Premium Live Events have been staged outside the United States, with events held in Australia, Puerto Rico, France, Germany, the UK and Saudi Arabia.
WWE President Nick Khan confirmed yesterday that Italy will be the next country to join that list in early 2026. The company is not planning to stop there as more countries have been discussed as potential hosts for PLEs recently.
According to Bodyslam+, WWE has held discussions about holding PLEs in Spain, Mexico and Japan in the future.
The company has held multiple house shows in all three countries over the years. Spain even hosted a special episode of SmackDown earlier this year. Japan’s last televised WWE event took place over a decade ago, The Beast In The East special.
The next international PLE on WWE’s schedule is Crown Jewel, which will take place in Australia in less than a month.

The 2025 AEW All Out pay-per-view will emanate from the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, this Saturday.
Some fans feel that the match card for the event is weak due to the absence of top names like Kenny Omega, Will Ospreay and Swerve Strickland.
While speaking on the What Happened When podcast, WCW Legend and AEW commentator Tony Schiavone responded to the criticism of the upcoming show and invited people that are unhappy with the match-card to book the show themselves.
“So the critics are saying that we weren’t gonna have a good card? Well why don’t we do this – why don’t we get one of those critics on here and have them book a card for us. See how they come up with one. I’m all for that. Find them, bring them on, have them book a card.
And as we have them book a card, have them go f**k themselves too. How’s that sound?”
