• WWE Worried Piper Niven’s Career Could Be Over

Piper Niven has been absent from WWE TV since the August 22 episode of SmackDown in Ireland, where she picked up a big win over WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Charlotte Flair.

Fightful Select recently reported that Niven was sidelined due to an injury, though the exact nature of the issue remains unknown. Now, a troubling update has emerged about her status.

Speaking on Wrestling Observer Live, Bryan Alvarez said that there is fear inside WWE that the injury could be much more serious than originally thought, potentially even career-threatening.

“There’s concern that it could be career-ending, so whatever it is, I mean, it’s serious. Hopefully she can come back, but she is out due to injury.”

Before going down, the Scottish star was teaming with Chelsea Green as The Secret Hervice and was in the middle of a feud with Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss. On the latest episode of SmackDown, Green teamed up with Alba Fyre to unsuccessfully challenge the champions for the gold.

Green addressed Niven’s absence on X by stating that her partner is away on a secret mission and opened applications for a temporary fill-in.

“Our beloved Head of SecHERity, Slaygent P, is currently out on a top-secret special assignment.

In her absence, the Secret Hervice will be accepting intel dossiers (a.k.a. resumes, for you dummies) and video submissions for a potential fill-in candidate.

Only those with a license to slay, investigative background of HERlock Holmes and an impeccable record of SHEcurity will be looked at.
