• Real Reason The Vision Broke Up On RAW
Seth Rollins got his first career win against Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes at this past weekend’s Crown Jewel Premium Live Event. The World Heavyweight Champion also captured the Crown Jewel Title in the process.
During the match, The Visionary hit a rare Coast-To-Coast Headbutt on The American Nightmare and landed in a rough manner, after which he was favoring his left arm.
As noted before, Rollins was then seen wearing a sling backstage and while touring around in Perth.
PWInsider has provided an update on Rollins and revealed that WWE booked the ending segment on today’s RAW, which saw Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed and Paul Heyman turn on their leader, due to the 39-year-old’s injury.
Rollins reportedly hurt his left shoulder at Crown Jewel. Details on the exact nature of the injury are not cleat yet, and he is set to undergo testing in the coming days.
There was speculation among fans that The Visionary may be faking this injury for a storyline like he did earlier this year, but it seems like that is not the case and the injury is legitimate.
• AEW Star Wins NJPW’s World Title
The NJPW King of Pro Wrestling 2025 event took place earlier today at Ryōgoku Sumo Hall in Tokyo. The card featured multiple title changes and a main event that reshaped the championship landscape.
The show opened with a major title change as Syuri defeated Sareee to capture the IWGP Women’s Championship, ending Sareee’s impressive reign in a hard-hitting technical showcase.
In six-man tag team action, the War Dogs (David Finlay, Taiji Ishimori, and Clark Connors) triumphed over Shingo Takagi, Hiromu Takahashi, and Titán, giving Bullet Club’s sub-unit an early momentum boost.
Later, in a wild no-disqualification match billed as “Riot in Ryōgoku,” Drilla Moloney picked up a statement win over SANADA, using weapons and interference to secure a controversial victory.
The CHAOS trio of YOH, YOSHI-HASHI, and Hirooki Goto then defeated TMDK’s Ryohei Oiwa, Hartley Jackson, and Kosei Fujita.
The NJPW World Television Championship bout between El Phantasmo and Hiroshi Tanahashi ended in a 15-minute time limit draw, allowing Phantasmo to retain his title.
One of the biggest surprises came when EVIL dethroned Oleg Boltin to win the NEVER Openweight Championship, aided by his House of Torture allies. After the match, they attacked Boltin until Aaron Wolf made the save, possibly setting up a future program.
The IWGP Tag Team Champions, the Knock Out Brothers (OSKAR & Yuto-Ice), successfully defended their belts against Shota Umino and Yuya Uemura, continuing their dominant reign.
Another title change followed as Yota Tsuji defeated Gabe Kidd via submission to capture the IWGP Global Heavyweight Championship.
Finally, in the main event, AEW star Konosuke Takeshita overcame Zack Sabre Jr. to win the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship. Takeshita’s victory, achieved after cashing in his G1 Climax opportunity, was met with thunderous applause.
After the match, Hirooki Goto confronted him, teasing himself as the next challenger.
