World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins managed to defeat Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes to become the 2025 Men’s Crown Jewel Champion, but it came at a cost – Rollins suffered an injury during the match.
Then on RAW after Crown Jewel, Bron Breakker and “Big” Bronson Reed turned their backs on Rollins and attacked the leader of The Vision, after Rollins kept saying he didn’t need anyone to stay on top.
Rollins’ future is up in the air. Fightful Select reported that one WWE source emphasized that much of the discussion remains speculative, but noted that an arm fracture might be preferable to a shoulder injury in terms of recovery time. A clean break could see Rollins return by December, whereas a serious shoulder issue might require a longer layoff and force “drastic changes” in creative plans.
According to the Wrestling Observer, WWE had Seth Rollins vs. Roman Reigns planned for WrestleMania 42:
“Seth Rollins was tentatively scheduled to wrestle Roman Reigns at WrestleMania.
I don’t know this, but I have been told enough things to where I expected there to be a turn on Seth Rollins at some point. The whole thing with this faction was not about Seth Rollins, it was about Bron Breakker and making Bron Breakker the next Roman Reigns. I doubt it was going to be this early.”

Former AEW TNT Champion Dustin Rhodes (Goldust in WWF/E) has drawn backlash from fans after revealing that he voted for Donald Trump in the U.S. Presidential Election last year. The election, contested between Republican candidate Donald Trump and Democrat Kamala Harris, saw Trump return to office as the 47th President of the United States in January 2025.
In the months since, the political climate in America has been very heated due to various issues. There has been a major divide between the left and right wings.
One left-leaning Threads account recently posted a message criticizing Trump voters, urging them to “own” the current state of the country rather than blaming past Democratic administrations.
Rhodes responded to the post and said he voted to make America great again and that, in his opinion, things have indeed been great under Trump’s leadership.
Many fans were not happy with the AEW star’s comment. You can read some of the reactions he got below:
