• WWE Star Calls Out Brock Lesnar For Rematch At WrestleMania 42

WWE Superstar Omos has set his sights on a colossal rematch with Brock Lesnar, telling TMZ Sports that he wants to “run it back” on wrestling’s biggest stage: WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas.

The Nigerian Giant faced Lesnar at WrestleMania 39 in Los Angeles, where the Beast Incarnate narrowly pulled off the victory. Now, Omos says it’s time for part two, this time under the bright lights of Sin City.

“Vegas is perfect – the space, the energy, the lights. Chef’s kiss,” Omos said. “We need to run it back.”

He reflected on the environment and how Las Vegas perfectly fits the spectacle of WrestleMania. Omos also said that he wants return to the WrestleMania card in 2026 and believes the atmosphere would elevate his rematch with Lesnar to something truly unforgettable.

The 7-foot-3 giant, who has already stood toe-to-toe with names like Lesnar, Braun Strowman, and Bobby Lashley, continues to chase marquee matches that challenge his limits.

• AEW Wrestler Hated Her Name In WWE

Lacey Lane (fka Kayden Carter) was among the wrestlers released by WWE during this year’s spring roster cuts. She recently appeared in ROH and AEW after her non-compete clause expired.

Speaking to the Wrestling-Wrestling podcast, the former Women’s Tag Team Champion talked about her time in WWE and said that she did not like the “Kayden Carter” name, which was inspired by former NBA player Vince Carter’s name.

“When I tell you I hate that name. It was, so basically in NXT, I was there for the time they were going to go on TV when USA acquired NXT, so it was half on TV and half on the Network. At the time I was upcoming, so I was still Lacey Lane, and the writer at the time was like ‘you need to pick a name or you’re not gonna be on TV’ and I was like ‘okay.’

So I sent him a list, from 1 to 10, and Kayden was like down at 9 or 10. He ended up picking that one, he was like ‘I like this name Kayden’, and he really wanted me to have a Basketball last name, and that’s where Carter came from, because Vince Carter is 15 and that’s my Basketball number.

I was throwing things out there like Rodman, and like, Bibby, I was like these are not gonna make sense, the most practical one, and it makes sense because it’s my number would be Carter, so that’s where that came from. That’s the only other way I could incorporate Basketball into my character.”

Lacey Lane lost to TBS Champion Mercedes Moné in her AEW debut match a couple of weeks ago.
