Tonight’s WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event took place at the Delta Center in Salt Lake City, Utah.
The first match of the night was for the Undisputed WWE Championship between Cody Rhodes and Drew McIntyre. On last night’s SmackDown, a stipulation was added to the match: Cody can lose the title if he gets disqualified or counted out.
During the ending moments of the match, Cody hit Drew with a DDT on top of the WWE Title belt behind the referee’s back, and followed it up with a Cross Rhodes for the win.

Up next is the WWE Women’s Championship match. SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis asked Tiffany Stratton once again if she’s good to go, both physically and mentally. Tiffany got irritated and said yes, she’s the champion and she’s ready to go despite an injured knee.
Tiffany competing despite not being 100% backfired, as Jade Cargill put her away to win the title.

Up next is the Triple Threat Match for the Intercontinental Championship. During the ending moments of the match, Rusev had Penta in the Accolade. The bell rang and Rusev thought he won, but it was Dirty Dom was rang the bell. Dom took the bell hammer with him to the ring. Penta took it and was about to hit Dom with it, but Dominik ducked and Penta hit Rusev instead.
Dominik then sent Penta shoulder-first into the ring post and hit Rusev with the Frog Splash for the win.

The winner of this tournament will face him in his retirement match on Saturday Night’s Main Event on December 13. The tournament will begin on RAW in Boston on November 10, where Cena will appear as well.

Up next is CM Punk vs. Jey Uso for the vacant World Heavyweight Championship. A Jey Uso hater managed to be a part of his entrance:
