• Medical Update On Seth Rollins

Seth Rollins injured his left shoulder at Crown Jewel while wrestling Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes and underwent surgery last month.

One month into his recovery, the former World Heavyweight Champion spoke about the process on Something’s Burning with Bert Kreischer, and revealed that his sling should be off by next month and he plans to gradually return to training around WrestleMania 42 season.

“I’m trying to find the silver linings. I get to spend more time with my daughter, which is great. More time at home.

Once I get this thing (cast) off, which is in like another month, then it might be full vacation mode for a little while before I lock in and have to start training to get ready to come back.

It’ll probably be gradual. I don’t even really know. My guess is about 8-12 weeks of like, ‘Okay, now I have to stop eating like an a$$hole.’ Probably 12 weeks.

Plus we’ll be moving right into WrestleMania season, so I’m hoping around February, after all the Holiday stuff, I can start to be like, ‘Okay, lock in, no more BS.'”

• WrestleMania 42 Main Event Will Be Clear After Survivor Series 2025

As seen on this week’s RAW, Roman Reigns teased becoming a World Champion again during his segment with Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes and World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk.

According to Ibou of Self Made, the main event of WrestleMania 42 will be clear very soon:

“I had been told by someone close to the situation about two weeks ago that the plan was to make the WrestleMania main event clear coming out of WarGames and on the week of television following Survivor Series.

I’d imagine it’d be similar to when they had Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns face off on the fall 2023 SmackDown season premiere to tell you that was still on track for WM40.”

On ESPN First Take, Paul Heyman said the following:

“[Survivor Series] is really an infomercial for WrestleMania. Because, as you must know by now, there’s such a huge publicity push out there that the individual tickets for WrestleMania Saturday and WrestleMania Sunday go on sale on Black Friday.

So we are out there just showing the world, ‘Hey, check out this spectacle. Check out what WWE is about, and our biggest show of the year, WrestleMania, individual tickets going on sale.’

This is our audition for the world to come to Vegas for WrestleMania, at the same time, giving the most bang for the buck and the greatest WarGames of all time.”
