Saraya (fka Paige) made her AEW debut at Dynamite: Grand Slam 2022. The following week on Dynamite, she cut her first promo, stepping into the spotlight to declare herself the “revolution” in AEW’s women’s division.
Speaking on Daria & Toni Unwrapped, Saraya recalled how she struggled during that segment, admitting she froze mid-promo and felt she had failed spectacularly.
“It was f**king bad. I literally stopped halfway through the promo and went, ‘I’m so sorry, you guys. I’m really nervous.’ I just didn’t know what to say. And then I literally said ‘revolution’ five times in a row and tripped over my words. And I’m like, ‘What the f**k am I talking about?’ I came backstage and people were just looking down, trying to avoid eye contact with me.
I actually called my manager and I was like, ‘I think I made a mistake. I don’t think I should be here anymore. I need to leave. I cannot do this.’ And he was like, ‘You need to f**king stick it out. People have bad promos. It’s not as bad as what you think it is. Just do another promo and they’ll forget about it.’ Which I did.
(Jon) Moxley is the one that helped me with that second promo that I did with Britt (Baker), because I was like, ‘Dude, I can’t f**k this up again.’ And he was so great. Moxley was the one that really f**king helped me get back into the promo swing of things again.”
Saraya left AEW earlier this year and has expressed interest in a WWE return a few times this year.

John Cena has just one more appearance left in his retirement tour and it’s for his final match on December 13th at Saturday Night’s Main Event, where he will face the winner of this Friday’s Gunther vs. LA Knight match on SmackDown.
After that, Cena is rumored to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2026. If that happens, then he’ll also appear at WrestleMania 42 as a Hall of Famer.
Some websites are reporting that WWE is advertising Cena for RAW after WrestleMania 42. However, that’s not the case.
The WWE website’s article that these sites linked to was actually for RAW after WrestleMania 41, which took place on April 21, 2025. Below is screenshot:
