• End Of An Era For WWE

Changes are underway regarding where WWE fans can access the company’s historical video library (aka the WWE Network). With 2025 now over, WWE’s video library is off Peacock, marking the end of key parts of WWE’s long-running agreement with the platform. With portions of that deal now expired, the WWE video archive no longer has a single, dedicated streaming home.

This shift was expected. Fightful Select had previously reported that WWE had not secured a new agreement to house its library and had been evaluating alternative distribution options. One of those options appears to be YouTube, where WWE already operates one of the platform’s most successful channels.

While WWE has publicly stated it is working toward a non-exclusive hosting arrangement for its content, sources speaking to Fightful Select indicate that YouTube remains a major part of the company’s plans. At this time, there is no indication that WWE intends to upload its entire archive at once unless a separate deal is reached with another streaming provider.

Despite the changes, some WWE programming will continue to air on Peacock. NXT premium live events and WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event are not affected and will remain available on the platform.
