• WWE’s 2 Upcoming Plans For CM Punk
Fans of wrestling history have plenty to look forward to this spring. WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select has confirmed that the acclaimed A&E WWE Biography series is returning for a new season. The show is expected to premiere around the WrestleMania 42 window, bringing at least 8 brand-new episodes to the network.
While the full list of wrestlers that will be covered has not been officially released, current World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk will be one of the primary subjects for this season.
This follows a significant shift in how WWE handles its historical content. After years of producing documentaries in-house, the company entered a major rights fee agreement with A&E to lead the production of these high-quality biographies.
Speaking of CM Punk, Insider Gaming reports that the upcoming WWE 2K26 video game’s showcase mode will be centered around Punk.
This will feature Punk narrating the experience across his favorite WWE matches, “what if?” scenarios of the matches he could’ve had if he didn’t leave WWE in 2014, and more.
