• WWE Stars Want a New Clause in Their Contracts
The days of easy freebies for WWE families are largely over, sparking a wave of frustration that has moved from the locker room to the podcast airwaves. WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi recently brought the issue into the spotlight, revealing that he can no longer secure complimentary tickets for WWE events – a struggle that many current roster members have quietly echoed.
This shift is a direct result of WWE’s booming business. As demand for live events reaches record highs, the company has spent the last year enforcing a much stricter limit on comps.
According to Fightful Select, the traditional perk has been replaced by a system where talent is instead given preferential access to purchase tickets before the general public. While this policy has been in effect for over a year, the reality of sold-out arenas and stadiums has made the lack of free seats a growing point of contention.
In response to the crackdown, a new trend is emerging in contract negotiations. At least one top-tier WWE star has been actively encouraging coworkers to stop complaining and start bargaining.
The advice given was that if you want guaranteed seats for your family, you need to get that worked into their WWE contracts. This has already led several wrestlers to secure ticket quotas in their new deals, and insiders expect contractual comps to become a standard demand for anyone re-signing with the company.

• 2 Ex-WWE Stars Rumored To Join AEW
Cassie Lee and Jessica McKay, known as The IInspiration (fka The IIconics in WWE), left TNA Wrestling in January.
After a successful stint that saw them capture the Knockouts World Tag Team Championship, the team dropped the titles to Heather By Elegance and M By Elegance on the AMC premiere of TNA iMPACT. This loss served as their final appearance for the promotion.
According to Fightful Select, the duo had been working on a series of short-term agreements after their original contracts expired in October 2025. While there were ongoing discussions about a long-term stay, Lee and McKay ultimately decided not to sign new contracts. The split was described as amicable, with the team remaining open to staying until they ultimately chose to finish up after the iMPACT – AMC premiere.
In an update from the Wrestling Observer, there has been a lot of talk about The IInspiration joining AEW. There’s speculation going on that they could debut in All Elite Wrestling in their home country of Australia, as AEW Grand Slam Australia takes place on February 14.
