Mercedes Moné has called out a YouTube channel after it posted a highly offensive and misleading video involving her and WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H. The thumbnail featured an explicit and fabricated claim, which quickly drew backlash online.

It featured an image of Moné crying alongside an edited photo of Triple H appearing to set her up for a powerbomb, with the text “He ate my p***y” written over it. Moné reacted strongly to the video on X and urged fans to take action. She wrote:

“I’m honestly disgusted by this. The level of disrespect, exploitation, and straight-up false narrative being pushed here is beyond unacceptable. No one should have to deal with content like this being made about them.

I need everyone who sees this to please flag and report this channel immediately. This kind of behavior shouldn’t be tolerated or given a platform.”

Moné, formerly known as Sasha Banks, had a rollercoaster run during her time in WWE. She won the RAW Women’s Championship multiple times between 2016 and 2020, but most of her reigns were short-lived, often ending within days or weeks. Her most notable run came as SmackDown Women’s Champion from late 2020 to early 2021.

After 2017, The CEO was rarely positioned in the main event scene and went nearly three years without a singles title following her loss to Alexa Bliss just eight days after winning the RAW Women’s Championship at SummerSlam.

Her struggles continued when she and Bayley became the inaugural Women’s Tag Team Champions at Elimination Chamber 2019, only to lose the titles less than two months later at WrestleMania 35.

In a 2021 interview with Stone Cold Steve Austin on Broken Skull Sessions, Moné revealed that she fell into depression during her WWE run. The former AEW TBS Champion said that for seven years she no longer felt like Mercedes, only Sasha Banks. She eventually asked for her release, but Vince McMahon denied it and instead gave her time off. She returned four months after WrestleMania 35.

Her final WWE exit came after issues surrounding the booking of her Women’s Tag Team Championship run with Naomi, as the two walked out of the company just months after winning the titles.
