• Ex-WWE Wrestler Granted Release From TNA

Former WWE NXT UK wrestler Dani Luna is no longer with TNA Wrestling. The former Knockouts Tag Team Champion recently asked to be let go from her contract, and the company officially granted her release this past weekend.

According to Fightful Select, there is “no bad blood” between the two sides; it was simply a mutual split.

Luna’s final appearance for the promotion happened just a few days ago at Sacrifice. She wrestled in a triple-threat match against Lei Ying Lee and the champion, Arianna Grace. Now that she is a free agent, she is clear to sign anywhere immediately.

• Real Reason AEW Wrestler Is Facing Homelessness

Willie Mack is airing his frustrations with AEW after a major change to his contract left him struggling to make ends meet. He posted on X that he is facing homelessness because “the booker” doesn’t think he’s worth the money. He even used the company’s own slogan, #WhereTheBestWrestle, to take a sarcastic jab at the promotion.

According to Fightful Select, the reason for Mack’s anger comes down to a significant pay cut. For the last two years, Mack was on a full-time, salaried contract. Recently, AEW moved him back to a “Tier Zero” deal, which means he only gets paid if he actually wrestles.

This is a huge problem because Mack hasn’t been booked for a single AEW or ROH match in 2026. His last AEW TV appearance was over a year ago.

While he is technically still under contract and allowed to work independent shows, past issues (like a 2024 falling out between AEW and GCW) have made it harder for him to find steady work elsewhere.
