• Roman Reigns Takes Subtle Shot At AEW
All Elite Wrestling came into existence in 2019 and has since established itself as the second biggest professional wrestling company in the world, serving as an alternative to WWE for many fans and wrestlers.
There are people in WWE who see Tony Khan’s promotion as competition, but there are also those who don’t think WWE has any proper rival. Among those who share the belief that WWE has no real competition is 2026 Men’s Royal Rumble winner Roman Reigns.
In an interview with Nico Leonard, The OTC made it clear that he doesn’t see any promotion as true competition to WWE and emphasized that being in WWE is still the only way to reach the very top of the industry.
“There’s no true competition for us. There’s other, you know, promotions, there’s other places to work in wrestling, but if you want to be in the top show, if you want to be considered at the very tippy top of the mountain, you have to be in WWE.”
Roman Reigns will main event WrestleMania 42 – Night 2 against World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk this Sunday. It will be the eleventh time The OTC headlines the Showcase of Immortals.

• Backstage News On Nikki Bella’s WrestleMania 42 Status
WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella suffered a sprained ankle during The Bella Twins’ match against Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss on SmackDown a few weeks ago. She stated two weeks ago that she expected to be cleared within 7-10 days, but there has been no official update since.
According to the Wrestling Observer, Nikki Bella’s status for WrestleMania 42 remains uncertain, as it is still considered “too close to call” whether she will be cleared in time to compete.
Despite the uncertainty, WWE is still advertising Bella for the Fatal 4-Way Women’s Tag Team Championship match at WrestleMania 42.
