MJF’s second AEW World Championship reign came to a shocking end on tonight’s special SpringBreakThru episode of Dynamite, as Darby Allin defeated him in dominant fashion in the main event.

Allin put The Big Hebrew away after hitting four Coffin Drops followed by a Headlock Takeover, decisively capturing the AEW World Title and ending MJF’s 109-day reign.

Earlier in the night, MJF claimed he was not prepared to compete, but was still forced into defending the championship by AEW President Tony Khan, with the threat of being stripped if he refused.

Following the loss, MJF took to X to vent his frustration:

“WHAT THE ACTUAL F**K?!?!?

@TonyKhan THIS WILL NOT STAND!!!!!”

During his second reign, MJF successfully defended the AEW World Championship against names like Kenny Omega, “Hangman” Adam Page, Brody King, Bandido, and Kevin Knight.
