At WrestleMania 42 – Night 1, Liv Morgan defeated Stephanie Vaquer (with help from Judgment Day) to win the Women’s World Championship.

A lot of fans on social media were not happy because the match was short. It lasted 6 minutes and 50 seconds.

According to Bodyslam, WWE booked this match to be short because both Liv and Stephanie were banged up heading into the match and WWE wanted to avoid serious injury to both competitors.

Stephanie noted before the match that she wasn’t 100% and Liv suffered a hematoma on her forehead during a backstage attack.

CM Punk had a rough night in Las Vegas, ending his WrestleMania 42 weekend by getting into a heated confrontation with a fan at the MGM Grand, according to TMZ.

Fresh off his World Heavyweight Championship loss to Roman Reigns, Punk was seen on video just after midnight Monday appearing very frustrated. The incident started in the hotel lobby while the fan was filming Bayley hugging Punk’s wife, AJ Lee.

Punk wasn’t happy about this and slapped the phone right out of the fan’s hand.

Security moved in fast to separate the two before a real fight broke out. Punk gave the man a cold stare that was apparently enough to make the fan apologize. You can watch it below:

Brock Lesnar returned to WWE after a two-year hiatus at SummerSlam 2025 and competed at WrestleMania this weekend in Las Vegas for the first time since 2023.

The former WWE Champion issued an open challenge on the road to WrestleMania 42, where he was dominated by Oba Femi week after week. At the Show of Shows, The Ruler once again had the upper hand over The Beast, in a match that may have marked the end of Lesnar’s in-ring career.

According to Bodyslam, Brock Lesnar himself specifically chose Oba Femi as his WrestleMania opponent.

Lesnar’s future remains uncertain, while Oba Femi is now eyeing a world title opportunity following WrestleMania 42.
