• Possible Date For WrestleMania 43 In 2027

WWE confirmed today that they are returning to Saudi Arabia for Night Of Champions 2026 on June 27. There were doubts about this earlier, due to safety concerns, but WWE put all the rumors to rest today.

WrestleMania 43 is also scheduled to happen in Saudi Arabia in 2027, as planned.

According to WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select, WWE is currently looking at two specific dates for the big event. March 27, 2027 is the current favorite, as it would serve as the grand finale for the Riyadh Season festival. If that doesn’t work, the weekend of April 10, 2027 is also being considered.

There has been some internal talk about whether WrestleMania 43 should go back to being a one-night-only show. However, fans of the current format shouldn’t worry just yet. Reports from Sean Ross Sapp suggest that a one-night show is unlikely, mostly because ESPN prefers the two-night format that has become the standard over the last few years.

By keeping the show spread across Saturday and Sunday, WWE can maximize the massive investment Saudi Arabia is making to bring the event to their shores.

Nashville tourism groups and the Tennessee Titans announced that WrestleMania 43 was originally scheduled to take place at the new Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tennessee, in 2027. The new stadium is set to open in February 2027.

However, the plan changed. According to Andrew Baydala, the reason given is that “the date didn’t work out.”

Nashville officials say they are now looking at future years to host WrestleMania.

WWE has instead chosen Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to host WrestleMania 43 in 2027, marking the first time the event will be held outside North America.
