• 3 WWE Stars Become Free Agents

AJ Lee and The Bella Twins have officially been moved to the Free Agents section on WWE’s official website. They were listed under the RAW roster previously.

After returning on SmackDown in September 2025, AJ Lee primarily worked on RAW and entered a lengthy feud with Becky Lynch. She dropped the Women’s Intercontinental Championship to Lynch on Night 1 of WrestleMania 42 before being written off television, with WWE reportedly having no creative plans for her at the moment.

Brie Bella is currently one-half of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions alongside Paige, who is also listed as a free agent. Both stars have appeared on RAW and SmackDown in recent weeks.

Meanwhile, Nikki Bella is currently recovering from an ankle injury and is aiming to return sometime next month.

This change was likely made because WWE wants the Women’s Tag Team Championship to be featured on both brands, while AJ Lee’s creative direction remains uncertain at the moment.

• Roman Reigns & Jacob Fatu Comment On The Ending Of Backlash

In the main event of Backlash, Roman Reigns defeated Jacob Fatu to retain the World Heavyweight Championship. During the ending moments of the match, the top turnbuckle was accidentally exposed and Roman sent Jacob face-first into it and then hit a spear for the win.

After the match, Fatu attacked Reigns and locked in the Tongan Death Grip. Fatu also attacked referees and other officials. Backlash went off the air with Fatu posing with the World Title.

Right after the PLE went off the air, Cathy Kelley appeared on the post show. She caught up with The OTC on the entrance ramp. Reigns said the following:

“This is why we never should have let Jacob in this company. You don’t belong here, Jacob. There is no order with you. This is your last night here.”

The cameras caught up with Jacob as well, who said the following:

“Tonight, I just kicked Roman’s a$$. I told ya’ll, I am off the scale. When was the last time you saw somebody like me crash out on WWE, huh? Nobody! It’s time to finish. Look at Roman. His punk a$$ just realized I’m all gas and no brakes.”
