• AEW Star Calls Drew McIntyre A P–$y

After deleting his tweet complaining about lack of TV time, Swerve Strickland shared a video today explaining that AEW is keeping him off television because officials are scared of what he might do to Ring of Honor World Champion Bandido and the rest of the roster if allowed at the venues.

A fan compared Swerve’s situation to Drew McIntyre, who has been involved in several heated and controversial storylines in WWE over the past few years, particularly with Cody Rhodes and CM Punk. The fan wrote:

“Big Drew would’ve showed up anyway. Got carried out by building security with title shot and PLE match. But I guess there’s levels to this 💅🏾”

AEW star Ricochet replied directly to the fan and took a shot at both Swerve and Drew McIntyre.

“They’re both p*ssies.”

When another fan shared a clip from a 2019 Moment of Bliss segment where Drew told Ricochet to shut up, Ricochet fired back by posting a video of himself pinning the former WWE Champion.

• WWE Star’s Ex-Boyfriend Remains Free Despite Near 13 Year Prison Conviction

Mexican wrestler El Cuatrero (Rogelio Reyes) was officially sentenced to 12 years and 8 months in prison after being found guilty of domestic violence and attempted femicide against his ex-girlfriend, WWE superstar Stephanie Vaquer.

The case dates back to a violent incident in March 2023. During an argument Cuatrero grabbed Vaquer by the neck, slammed her against a wall, and caused a heavy painting to fall on her, which nearly resulted in severe injury. He was arrested soon after the allegations and remained in custody for nearly two years as the legal process unfolded. He was released in early 2025 pending the final verdict.

Although Cuatrero has now been convicted and sentenced, he will remain free while his legal team appeals the decision, according to RECORD Mexico. The appeal process is expected to take a significant amount of time, possibly a year or longer.

During this period, he is allowed to continue his pro wrestling career, but must follow strict precautionary measures, including regularly checking in with authorities and staying away from Vaquer.

Vaquer’s legal team plans to appeal the sentence, pushing for a harsher punishment. Sources close to the former Women’s World Champion have expressed disappointment with both the length of the sentence and the fact that Cuatrero is allowed to remain free during the appeals process. However, they are satisfied that a guilty verdict was reached.

A judicial restriction order is also in place preventing Cuatrero’s relatives from approaching Stephanie Vaquer.
