Later in the night, Joshua Van (age 24) defeated Alexandre Pantoja (age 36) via unanimous decision in the main event to retain the UFC Flyweight (125 lbs) Championship.
In the co-main event, Arman Tsarukyan knocked out Maurício Ruffy to become a clear contender for the UFC Lightweight (155 lbs) Title.
