• Old School WWF Legend Celebrates His Birthday

Old School WWF Veteran “Goldust” Dustin Rhodes (Real name: Dustin Runnels) celebrates his 50th birthday today.

While he had his World Wrestling Federation debut as Dustin Rhodes in late 1990, his biggest claim to fame is without a doubt portraying the character of Goldust, which he debuted in 1995, but is still working the gimmick as a main roster WWE Superstar today.

In between his WWF/E stints, Dustin worked for Ted Turner’s World Championship Wrestling from 1991 until 1995 and from 1999 till the promotion was sold to Vince McMahon in 2001.

Him going into the WWE Hall of Fame, once he retires, is only a question of “when”, not “if”.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY GOLDUST!

• Becky Lynch On What Vince McMahon Said To Her After WrestleMania 35

As seen in the main event of WrestleMania 35, Becky Lynch defeated Ronda Rousey & Charlotte Flair to win the RAW & SmackDown Women’s Championship.

During a recent interview with Gorilla Position, Becky revealed what Vince McMahon said to her after her big WrestleMania moment:

“He just said he was so proud of us. He was so proud of us. He did (give us a hug). But I said ‘I’m the man now, Vince.’ And he said ‘yup.’ (laughs).”

Becky then said the following about pinning Rousey:

“I’m happy I beat her with a wrestling move after she insulted my business. She insulted my business, and I beat her with a wrestling move. That’s all we need to know, the ref counted to three and I became ‘Becky Two-Belts.

I said it [on RAW], I said, ‘Ronnie, ya little weirdo, whenever you’re done sulking ‘The Man’ will be right here, ready to slap your empty head off your shoulders again.’ I would love to see her come back. I would love to slap her across the face again, kick her in the gut, take her arm and rip it right out of its socket, but we’ll see if that’s in the cards for her. I know she’s hiding under her blankie, having a bit of a cry right now.”
