• WWE’s Plan For Jeff Hardy’s Return

After being out of action for almost a year, “The Charismatic Enigma” Jeff Hardy returned to the blue brand last month.

He made a couple of appearances over the past month, but now he has been taken off TV once again, as WWE is planning something big for him.

WWE is building up his return by airing one part of his story every week on SmackDown. Dave Meltzer noted during Wrestling Observer Radio that “this is all building towards a match with Sheamus”.

The Celtic Warrior has been battling enhancement talents on SmackDown over the past couple of weeks, and the commentators always mention Hardy during those matches. It leads to Sheamus getting frustrated and demanding the commentators not to mention Hardy.

Hardy’s return might be delayed a bit as PWInsider is reporting that the court date for his DUI case from last October has been pushed back to July 16th.
