Two days later, I had a meeting with him over Zoom or Google, and we had a great chat. I feel like we connected. He had such a good vibe about him. He enlightened me to what 2021 and future Playboy looks like, which is not the brick and mortar stuff, not hard cover magazine, but what the digital side of things are, and influencing side of things, and blogging, Vlogging, hosting, podcasting, all that kind of stuff that they didn’t have before that they want to expand Playboy into.
He was speaking about Playboy collaborating with a lot of mainstream companies right now. It was awesome to hear what future Playboy holds and get an inside look into that. We spoke about what I can maybe do with the company.
We don’t necessarily have an answer for what I’m going to do with Playboy, but I do feel really positive about the fact that in the future, and maybe it’s not in 2021, maybe it’s at the beginning of 2022, that Chelsea Green might be the future of Playboy.
Maybe ‘Green With Envy’ will be under the Playboy umbrella. I would love to host some things, whether it is hosting podcasts, hosting Vlogs, hosting talk show segments or whatever it is for Playboy.com. I feel like it’s going to happen.”
