• Latest Update On Edge Amid Time Off From AEW
Adam Copeland (aka WWE Hall of Famer Edge) was written off AEW television last month after a dramatic segment with Christian Cage backstage at All Out. The moment followed their match against FTR at the pay-per-view, where Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler attacked Copeland’s wife, Beth Phoenix, leading him to tell Christian that he needed to step away to take care of his family.
Christian understood him and told Copeland that he no longer had a family himself. Copeland replied that Christian does have a family, shook his hand, and admitted he wasn’t sure if or when he would return.
Following the segment, PWInsider reported that Copeland was written off AEW programming to film the final season of Percy Jackson.
In a new update, PWInsider reports that Adam Copeland has been spotted in London, where he is currently filming for The Beekeeper 2. The former AEW TNT Champion is expected to be busy with the project for most of November.
• Update On Randy Orton After Over A Month Away From WWE
Randy Orton hasn’t been seen on WWE programming since the October 3rd episode of SmackDown, where he stepped up to help Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes against The Vision. That night, Orton teamed with Rhodes to take on Bron Breakker and “Big” Bronson Reed, but the former Legacy teammates lost after Reed pinned Orton following Seth Rollins’ interference in the main event.
Fans had been speculating about The Viper’s absence during his time off, with many expecting he might turn on Rhodes during his feud with Drew McIntyre. However, nothing happened, and it now appears that The Apex Predator has simply been taking a personal break.
Orton’s wife shared a post on Instagram in which she revealed that his family has been on a vacation.
“We got to enjoy our beautiful family and friends in Belize, 2025.”

• SmackDown Star Denies Claim That Paul Heyman Refused To Work With Him Due To Racism
Carmelo Hayes was a standout star in NXT, but since his main roster call-up to SmackDown, he has largely been stuck in the mid-card.
Many fans feel he deserves the kind of push that Bron Breakker has received on RAW, but so far, WWE hasn’t positioned him as a top-tier talent on the blue brand.
A recent post from a fan on X claimed that WWE Hall of Famer Paul Heyman, who has creative input backstage, refused to work with Hayes and chose to have Logan Paul join The Vision instead of the former NXT Champion.
“Sources in WWE have said that Paul Heyman refuses to work with Carmelo Hayes, couldn’t even look at him in the eyes during the meeting in Creative and [Heyman] pitched Logan Paul to be part of The Vision instead. Man this fat pig really is racist.”
Hayes addressed the claim in the following tweet:
“Idk what you were trying to accomplish with this bullsh*t post. This couldn’t be further from the truth.”
