• Mercedes Moné Announces Retirement From Dangerous AEW Match

Last night’s episode of AEW Dynamite: Blood & Guts opened with the first-ever Women’s Blood & Guts Match, which turned out to be one of the most brutal and chaotic matches in AEW history.

The match featured multiple weapons, including chairs, trash can lids, barbed wire bats and glass. In the end, Mercedes Moné’s team picked up the victory after “Timeless” Toni Storm was forced to surrender to save Mina Shirakawa.

Jamie Hayter was reportedly banged up after the match and suffered dental damage.

The most dangerous spot Mercedes Moné was involved in came when she went through a table outside the ring alongside AEW Women’s World Champion Kris Statlander. Moné was taken out of the match following the impact and was unable to celebrate the victory with her teammates afterwards.

The CEO took to X to announce that she is done with Blood & Guts matches after last night.

• “I call him a coward and a liar” – AEW Star On Triple H

Adventure Gamers interviewed AEW star MVP and they asked him about his thoughts on Bret Hart calling Triple H a “phony.” Here’s what MVP had to say about WWE’s Chief Content Officer:

“I agree with Bret’s assertion. I’ve said before, I call him a coward and a liar. Let’s put it like this. If you really want to, you can go to YouTube and you can look up the interviews of various wrestlers through the years of what their opinion is of the man.

Interviews of guys that were his friends, what they had to say about the guy. I can think of more guys that dislike him than I can think of guys that do like him. And people say MVP’s salty or bitter. Like, no, I have personal issues with the dude, stemming from professional stuff, but just the things that he does, how he carries himself, I just don’t have respect for the guy.

The newer generation, they don’t know that guy yet. So the one of those that came up underneath him in NXT, they think he’s brilliant and a lot of them should for the hand he’s had in their career. But the guys that had to work with him back in the day will tell you a different story almost overwhelmingly.

So it’s not just me saying it. There’s guys who are way up the totem pole than me that are telling you that this guy’s, no bueno.”

After Triple H took over WWE’s creative process, he had no plans to reunite The Hurt Business (now known as The Hurt Syndicate in All Elite Wrestling), and that’s one of the main reasons for MVP’s dislike for “The Game.”

• WWE Cancels Another Plan For Survivor Series 2025

The original plan for Survivor Series 2025 was John Cena challenging Dominik Mysterio for the Intercontinental Championship. However, that ended up happening on the November 10th RAW in Boston, where Cena won the title from Dirty Dom.

After that, it was reported that Cena will be on Team CM Punk for the WarGames Match at Survivor Series, but according to the latest report from the Wrestling Observer, that isn’t happening either.

The Observer is now reporting that plans for Dominik Mysterio vs. Rey Mysterio for the AAA Mega Championship at Survivor Series 2025 have been dropped as well.

No word yet on what this means, but speculation is going on that WWE could book a rematch between Cena and Dominik at Survivor Series, but that’s not confirmed right now.

Cena is also scheduled for a match on next week’s RAW at Madison Square Garden, which will be his final RAW appearance.
