• Old School WWF Veteran Would Have Celebrates His Birthday

Today would have been the birthday of Old School WWF Attitude Era Veteran “Grand Master Sexay” Brian Christopher (Real name: Brian Lawler).

Brian was the son of Old School Wrestling Legend Jerry “The King” Lawler, and the Tag Team partner of Scotty 2 Hotty. Together they were known as ‘Too Much’ aka ‘Too Cool’.

Except for his time in the World Wrestling Federation (1997 – 2001), he spent most of his career wrestling for the Memphis territory (Continental Wrestling Association & United States Wrestling Association).

• Old School WCW Veteran Celebrates His Birthday

Old School WCW Veteran Buff Bagwell (Marcus Alexander Bagwell) celebrates his birthday today.

Bagwell is famous for his time in Ted Turner’s World Championship Wrestling from 1991 till it was bought by Vince McMahon in 2001.

During his WCW days, Buff was also a member of the famous nWo faction from 1996 to 1999.

In 2001 the World Wrestling Federation bought out his AOL Time Warner contract to sign him in time for the WCW/ECW Invasion storyline, but after only 1 televised match against Booker T on RAW, he was released again.

• Old School Wrestling Veteran Would Have Celebrated His Birthday

Today would be the birthday of Old School NWA/WCW/WWF Veteran “Pistol” Pez Whatley (Real name: Pezavan Whatley).

During his NWA feud against “Boogie Woogie Man” Jimmy Valiant, he was known as Shaska Whatley, before turning into a WWF jobber in 1990 & 1991 and later returning to WCW, where he eventually ended up becoming a coach in the famous WCW Power Plant.

Whatley was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2021 as part of their annual “Legacy Wing” inductions.

• Old School AWA Veteran Celebrates His Birthday

Old School AWA Veteran Colonel DeBeers (Real name: Edward Wiskoski) celebrates his birthday today.

Aside from DeBeers’ AWA days (1985 – 1991), he also wrestled for the Pacific Northwest territory (Portland Wrestling), as well as Herb Abrams’ UWF.

In 1983 he had a few matches in the World Wrestling Federation as “The Polish Prince”.
