• Old School WCW Veteran Celebrates His Birthday
Old School WCW/TNA Veteran “The Cowboy” James Storm (Real name: James Cox) celebrates his birthday today.
James Storm joined Ted Turner’s World Championship Wrestling in 2000, but only wrestled on the minor weekly TV Shows, such as WCW Worldwide.
He left WCW when it was sold to Vince McMahon in march 2001, but made a name for himself in 2002, when he joined Jeff Jarrett’s new up and coming promotion Total Nonstop Action!, where he started to team with Wildcat Chris Harris as “America’s Most Wanted” and years later as “Beer Money” with Bobby Roode.
Storm left TNA (now known as iMPACT Wrestling) in 2015 to join WWE NXT for a few weeks, before Dixie Carter convinced him to return to Impact Wrestling shortly thereafter.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY JAMES STORM!
