On this day in 2001, the World Wrestling Federation aired another LIVE episode of their weekly TV show ‘WWF RAW IS WAR’.

It was broadcasted from the MCI Center in Washington, D.C. and featured matches, interviews & segments, on the road to the ‘WWF WrestleMania X-Seven’ PPV.

Paul Heyman replaced Jerry ‘The King’ Lawler as the color commentator, sitting next to Jim Ross.

During the show Trish Stratus was humiliated by Vince McMahon in the middle of the ring.
