• ON THIS DAY IN WCW HISTORY (May 27, 1996) – WCW MONDAY NITRO  *Scott Hall Invades WCW*

On this day in 1996, Ted Turner’s World Championship Wrestling aired another LIVE episode of their weekly TV show ‘WCW MONDAY NITRO’.

It was broadcasted from the the Macon Coliseum in Macon, Georgia and featured matches, interviews & storyline segments on the road to the ‘WCW The Great American Bash 1996’ PPV.

On this show, the man whom most fans recognized as WWF Superstar Razor Ramon came out of the crowd during the Enos/Doll match to cut a legendary promo, that eventually led to the formation of the New World Order several weeks later.
