7. WWE Universal Championship Match Announced For Royal Rumble 2017
Raw General Manager Mick Foley announced on Raw that WWE Universal Champion Kevin Owens will defend his Title against United States Champion Roman Reigns at Royal Rumble 2017.
Foley added a stipulation to this match by adding that Chris Jericho will be suspended in a Shark cage above the ring (a similar thing happened recently at NXT Takeover: Toronto when Paul Ellering was suspended in a cage above the ring).
The only other match announced for Royal Rumble 2017 is the Royal Rumble match itself. Only two entrants have been confirmed so far: Goldberg & Brock Lesnar.
