Option 3: Move WrestleMania 36 To Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia officials have given WWE a $75 million offer for WrestleMania 36 to take place in Riyadh on April 5th.

WWE’s estimated profit from WrestleMania 36 in Tampa is expected to be $78 million, so Saudi officials have pretty much covered this.

WWE isn’t considering this offer at the moment as they’re still waiting on Tampa Officials’ decision regarding WrestleMania.

If WWE decides to move WrestleMania to Saudi Arabia, then they won’t have to worry about any extra cost and are guaranteed an upfront payment of $75 million (same amount of profit they’ll make in Tampa).

While the money made from WrestleMania in Saudi Arabia will be the same, this move would result in a major media backlash for WWE.
