3. Bray Wyatt Playing A Factor In The Brock Lesnar – Randy Orton SummerSlam 2016 Match?
On this week’s episode of SmackDown Live, Randy Orton destroyed Heath Slater. After the beatdown, Orton was posing for the crowd and was interrupted by “The New Face of Fear” Bray Wyatt.
During the commercial break on the show, Orton and Wyatt had a staredown when Wyatt was coming to the ring and Orton was heading to the back. Below is a pic:
We reported before that the planned rivalry between Orton and AJ Styles for post-SummerSlam season was nixed due to Styles going after the WWE World Title after SummerSlam.
After the SmackDown Live segment described above, it is expected that Orton and Wyatt would feud after SummerSlam.
With that being said, the possibility of Wyatt interfering this Sunday during the Lesnar-Orton match at SummerSlam 2016 can’t be ruled out, especially considering the fact that Wyatt isn’t booked for a match at SummerSlam 2016.
It is interesting to note that Wyatt didn’t have a match at this year’s WrestleMania either.
